Experienced Plastics Plant Manager Joseph Saganski

A top producing plant manager with extensive experience in plastics, Joseph Saganski recently concluded a more than 11-year tenure with Swan Products in Waco, Texas. In his position as plant manager with Swan Products, he was tasked with leading a team of 250 indirect employees, as well as nine direct reports, all involved with the development of various extruded vinyl products. He was also responsible for virtually all aspects of daily operations at the company, including accounting, production, manufacturing, and shipping and receiving. During his time as plant manager, Joseph Saganski saw sales reach approximately $80 million and effectively managed a $12 million site expansion.

Mr. Saganski conducted undergraduate studies at Davenport University, graduating with a bachelor of arts in business. Prior to his time with Swan Products, he spent nearly 3 years as plant manager at Ameriform in Muskegon and 7 years as a corporate mold and facilities manager with TAG Leer Truck Caps.

Outside of his work as a plant manager, he enjoys fly fishing for salmon throughout northern Michigan and playing golf. He has a 13 handicap.
